Take off the cap, shake, and from about 15 cm (careful, it’s a bit more than guys claim) spray into clean, dry underarms. You really don’t have to overdo the amount. The fragrance is super, but it doesn’t have to be smelled in the hallway of your building an hour after you leave.

The sooner you spray on the antiperspirant before going out, the better. That way, all the ingredients will have enough time to start working on you feeling as fresh as a summer breeze on a trip without sticky underarms.
