Put a sufficient amount of shampoo in you palm and lather lightly. Then apply it to your hair from root to tip and use your fingers to thoroughly massage the skin underneath. Gently and without fingernails, you’re not scratching a dog behind the ear! Then just rinse with lukewarm water until all the peeling particles are gone.

Use once every 2–3 days, but not more often; that could be counterproductive. Shaman is good for oily hair and hair prone to flaking. You’ll see – you’ll soon be wearing your black t-shirts proudly again, without snow.
