Put the required amount in your palm, no larger than a five-cent coin, and lightly lather the shampoo. Then apply to your hair from ends to roots and massage with fingers. Gently and without nails, you’re not scratching a dog behind the ear! Then just rinse with lukewarm water.

We recommend using it once every 2-3 days, but if your hair gets all steamed up at the gym or it gets extremely oily, you can wash more often. Definitely don’t overdo it, though, and if you can’t go without shampoo every day, consider getting a Hair Shot tonic to freshen up your hair in an emergency.

Frosty Olaf is also infused with menthol and menthyl lactate, which give him an effect more chilling than a naked Arctic swim. And because each of us perceives intensity a bit differently, better start with a little.
